Actually, before the LED Screens(no matter big ones or small ones) are shipped , they will be definately be configured in our factory.
We will send you a USB included the configuration data and the software.
We also have videos to show you how to configure the LED Screen. For example HUIDU C10/C30 LED Screen Setting and programming.
If you still have any problem with the configuration, we will provide technical support online.

Download and install the software TEAMVIEWER. Download link : https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/
And them send us the ID and the Password of the TEAMVIEWER shown on your screen.
Then we will be in connect.
